Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with administration, nursing, and other departments to plan and deliver exceptional therapy services.
- Develop and uphold occupational therapy standards to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Regularly review and update occupational therapy policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning to support comprehensive treatment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, treatment notes, and progress documentation.
- Provide leadership and direction to the occupational therapy department alongside the Rehabilitation Director.
- Assist with quality assurance initiatives, continuously improving therapy services.
- Act as a liaison between residents, their families, and our team to foster positive relationships.
- Handle administrative tasks including medical forms, reports, and therapy billing with precision and care.
