Your Responsibilities & Duties:
As an RN Supervisor at Breezy Hills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of patient care. Your duties include:
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to evaluate and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, in compliance with current rules and regulations.
- Ensuring all nursing personnel adhere to their respective job descriptions, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
- Participating in facility surveys as requested by the DON and ADON, helping maintain compliance with government guidelines.
- Conducting daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to ensure that all nursing personnel meet acceptable nursing standards.
Your Qualifications & Requirements:
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Valid RN License: You hold a valid RN license in the State of Florida.
- Experience: Ideally, you possess a minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care, with managerial experience as a plus.
- Leadership Skills: You have demonstrated leadership and management skills that inspire your colleagues.
- Communication: Your strong verbal and written communication skills facilitate effective collaboration within the team.
- Safety Commitment: You have received the COVID-19 vaccination, prioritizing safety for our residents and staff.
