At Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center, we are on a mission to provide exceptional care for our residents, and we're seeking dedicated RN Supervisors to partner with our Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing in ensuring the highest level of patient care on the 3pm-11am Shift.
Shift : Weekends 7am - 11pm (16 hours shift)
Your Responsibilities & Duties :
As an RN Supervisor at Breezy Hills, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of patient care. Your duties include :
- Collaborating with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to evaluate and oversee the daily operations of the Nursing Department, in compliance with current rules and regulations.
- Ensuring all nursing personnel adhere to their respective job descriptions, fostering a cohesive and efficient team.
- Participating in facility surveys as requested by the DON and ADON, helping maintain compliance with government guidelines.
- Conducting daily rounds in the Nursing Services Department to ensure that all nursing personnel meet acceptable nursing standards.
