Job Duties & Requirements:
- Prepare meals and foods requiring short preparation times, according to customer requirements.
- Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Monitors, arranges the appropriate storage of food and supplies, keeps kitchen area clean and organized.
- Ensure adequate food quantities for meal preparation.
- Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Requirements
- Must be willing to deliver high-quality, great tasting food; proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
- One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook preferred.
- Good organizational and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to do a background screening for this position.
