Located in the Northwoods of Minnesota, Breezy Point Resort encompasses 3,000 acres with three 18-hole golf courses, 350 unique lodging units, five restaurants, three ballrooms, two campgrounds, high-tech conference center, boat marina, coffee house, and spa to exceed all guest expectations.
Our paid summer internship program is designed for college students and recent college graduates with a passion for hospitality, travel, and tourism. Interns will have the opportunity to work in several departments in both general and specific roles within the resort that spans the beautiful, blue waters of Pelican Lake.
As a Hospitality Management Intern, you will assist department managers, inspire employees, and engage with guests all while assisting in running an efficient business that delivers a superior guest experience in an enjoyable, safe, and profitable manner.

Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college (any level is acceptable - Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior, or above) OR recently graduated in a related field, such as hospitality, resort and tourism management, commerce, languages and cultures, etc.
- Able to commit to work a minimum of 12 weeks (preferred)
- Internship dates are flexible to accommodate school schedules; the earlier in the season you can start, and the later that you can stay is important to us in the selection process
- Must be able to stay at the property or have reliable transportation to/from the resort
- Proven leadership skills with an understanding of conflict resolution and problem solving
- Always maintain a high level of attention to detail and positive attitude
- Adhere to daily operating and safety procedures
- Must have continuous authorization to work in the United States
- Background screening is required for employment consideration
- Must have a valid driver’s license
