The Sports Coordinator
Plays a vital role in organizing and coordinating the venue for the organization. They are responsible for implementing sports programs, managing venues, and promoting a positive culture among employees. You ensure the smooth running of programs on gameday, fostering a sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

- Coordinate and oversee sports programs.

- Train and supervise sports coaches and sports instructors.
- Assist in the coordination of missing or absent coaches and team members.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sports programs.
- Provide a positive and inclusive sports environment.
- Resolve any sports-related conflicts or issues.
- Stay updated on sports industry trends and best practices.
- Proven experience in sports programming.
- Strong knowledge of various sports and physical activities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
- Understanding of safety and risk management in sports.
- Passion for promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Certifications in sports coaching or fitness training are advantageous.
- Familiarity with sports-related software and technology.
- Flexibility to work weekends for programs.
- Ability to lift and move sports equipment as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity and diversity in sports.
