Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers have the same positive experience no matter the location; maintain positive customer relations while resolving concerns and answering questions.
- Ability to lift heavy items when needed (50 lbs.).
- Comply with all safety procedures and precautions.
- Availability must include on call and after hours work when necessary.
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance alongside experienced technicians to build skillset and become independent.
Requirements include:
- Must be willing to train in Indianapolis or Cincinnati branch upwards of 6 months
- Maintain a valid driver's license with a low-incident driving record.
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated.
- Some experience in cranes a plus
- Ability to walk, stoop, sit, and reach.
- Must be able to climb ladders, use lifts, and work in an elevated position on a frequent basis.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
