- Provide technical support in person as well as via phone, email, or teams to 160 employees related to hardware, software, troubleshooting and programming.
- Set up new equipment for new employees including laptops, desktops, desk phones and extensions, and cell phones (cell phones are primarily iPhone).
- Set up and configure user account and credentials for new employees, including their email accounts through outlook and access to SharePoint and OneDrive
- Work closely with vendors or service providers for troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Microsoft Suite experience a must
- Business Central experience a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to maintain multiple projects at one time
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on business need
