Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position is designed for recent college graduates looking to develop leadership, business, and industry-specific skills. The selected candidate will participate in a structured training program after 6 months of employment that includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to different aspects of the business.

Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will be evaluated for a potential leadership or specialized role within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in gathering quotes from vendors via phone, email, and websites.
• Updating appropriate quote log(s).  
• Provides support to the outside service team.  
• Ability to work with customers, other employees, in all situations while keeping a  professional demeanor.  
• Must be good at organization, multitasking, communication, and time management skills.  
• Source and work on parts for open service calls  
• Create open order reports and track  
• Create the fleet maintenance schedule and tracking system  
• Facilitate PM and inspection program  
• Maintain Safety Program records  
• Facilitate sales and operations meetings  
  
  

Key Responsibilities Once In The Management Trainee Program:

• Participate in a structured training program to develop an understanding of company operations, policies, and industry trends
• Rotate through various departments, including sales, operations, customer service, and administration, to gain cross-functional experience
• Assist with analyzing business data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and contributing to decision-making processes
• Work closely with senior leaders, managers, and mentors to develop leadership skills and industry knowledge
• Support customer interactions by learning about products, services, and customer needs
• Help with project management tasks, process improvements, and business initiatives
• Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills by working on real-world business challenges
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to build business acumen
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Recent college graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think strategically
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new software/tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or previous work experience in sales, operations, or management is a plus
