- Create and maintain daily schedule plan for service calls
- Assist requisitioning parts for service calls
- Enter task lines for material required for jobs
- Enter order rental equipment required for jobs
- Prepare service paperwork for invoicing
- Work on scheduling any open service calls
- Answer incoming calls from customers requesting services and respond to requests left via email or voicemail
- Communicate with customers via email and/or phone calls, notifying them of scheduled service calls
- Handle multiple jobs at once and assign technicians to jobs as needed
- Coordinate jobs with technicians’ schedules to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely manner
- Communicate with service managers and technicians daily
- Must be detail focused and possess strong organizational skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable with repetitive and tedious tasks
- Must be able to multitask in high pressure situations
- Excellent work ethic and self-motivated
- Strong follow up and investigation skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills both over phone/email and in person
