Position Summary: The logistics associate prepares and processes boutique orders for shipping. Prepares sales/boutique/consignment orders for shipping by attaching the watch heads to the appropriate strap or bracelet. And prepares the warranty/registration package, along with the proper manual and certificates for each sales/boutique order leaving the building.
Job requirements
- Check all incoming/outgoing BTQ/Outlet transfers
- Check ECOM sales orders for processing
- Create assemblies for retail transfers
- Assist in breaking down wholesale returns, making sure correct merchandise/paperwork is returned
- Assist in the breakdown and organizing of inbound watch shipments
- Attaches straps and bracelets to watches for all sales/boutique/consignment orders
- Organizes and maintains all Certificates of Attestation and diamond/limited certificates
- Produces registration/warranties for all orders
- Activate E-warranty cards when directed
- Send all e-warranty data to CH
- Prepares transfers of attachments for After Sales Service & Illinois repair sites
- Maintains stock of all warranty books, manuals and package essentials
- Responsible for Vault’s organization of constant old and new products
- Performs weekly cycle inventory counts
- Must maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop and with the sales department
- Assist Controller with any and all jobs
- Helps in any area where they may be falling behind or absent
- Maintains the cleanliness of the workroom area
- Support shipping if help is needed
- Maintains quality control of all returned pieces
- Maintain service site for current stock
- Maintain service site for retired stock for outlet boutiques
- Responsible for entering all boutique service watches into system and to follow up to make sure they are repaired in a timely manner
- Must maintain excellent working relationships with the workshop
- Must be able to lift 20-30 lbs
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Must have patience and must pay attention to detail
- Must be able to multitask and work under pressure. Must also be organized.
- Must have flexible work hours and be able to work overtime
- High School Education or higher education
- Computer experience: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and all aspects of Great Plains/ SAP
