The Shopify E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify-based online store, driving sales growth, and enhancing the user experience. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure that our Shopify store is fully optimized, visually appealing, and provides an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities :
- Shopify Store Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of the Shopify store, including product uploads, inventory management, pricing updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Shopify Store Optimization : Regularly update and optimize the website for speed, performance, and functionality. Ensure the store is mobile-responsive and delivers a smooth customer experience.
- Design & User Experience : Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement website updates, ensuring the site is visually appealing, intuitive, and conversion-focused.
- SEO & Content Management : Optimize product listings, categories, and pages for SEO to improve organic traffic and search rankings on Shopify. Regularly update content and product descriptions to drive sales.
- Sales Analysis & Reporting : Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the Shopify store using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other data sources. Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.
- Campaign Implementation : Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, promotions, and flash sales directly within Shopify or integrate with third-party tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Third-Party Integrations : Manage Shopify apps, integrations with payment gateways, shipping carriers, and any other third-party tools used to optimize the e-commerce process.
- Customer Service & Feedback : Address customer issues related to the website experience, ensuring timely responses and working to resolve any user experience issues.
