Seamstress

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bridal garment construction and a strong ability to operate sewing machines effectively. This role involves working with various fine fabrics to create high-quality garments, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every piece produced. The Seamstress will play a crucial role in our production process, contributing to the overall quality and success of our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines to construct garments according to specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble various fabric components, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Perform alterations and repairs on garments as needed.
• Cut and sew patterns from scratch
• Maintain an organized workspace within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality expectations.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before final approval.

Requirements

• Proven experience in garment construction and sewing techniques.
• Proficiency in operating various types of sewing machines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Experience working in bridal or eveningwear is preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet production schedules.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
