Bremer Restaurant Management, with 11 Taco John's locations in Nebraska and Iowa, is seeking a talented District Manager to oversee 5-6 restaurant locations and play a pivotal role in driving sales and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Oversee operations of multiple restaurants within your area, including staffing, financial performance, and customer service.
- Ensure teams adhere to company procedures and brand standards.
- Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
- Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to management team to ensure operational efficiency and to achieve company objectives.
- Foster a positive and motivated work environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and a commitment to excellence.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 1-year related experience. 3 or more years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in the quick-service restaurant industry preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals
- Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
