Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is looking for qualified candidates with a minimum of 4 years of recent litigation secretarial experience to fill the position of legal secretary to support attorneys in our Reno office. This is not a position for paralegal. A qualified candidate must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, reliable, and able to work as a team player in a professional environment.

- Preparation of legal documents and filings;
- Calendaring for attorneys;
- Communicating with clients;
- Word processing;
- Assistance with administrative duties in the office as needed
- Civil Litigation experience is a plus*
