Role Description
Bremtown Cabinetry is searching for a Finish Sprayer to assist in our Finish Department. This employee should enjoy working hands-on and be energetic and willing to be constantly moving to ensure cabinets and cabinet parts are finished accurately and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Review Work Orders for Specifications on Finishes Required on Orders
- Spraying Primer, Paints, Stains, Top Coats on Cabinets and Cabinet Parts
- Responsible for Choosing the Appropriate Coatings and Mixing Substances According to a Specified Formula
- Ensure Spray Painting Equipment are in Good Working Condition
- Utilize Spray Gun and Apply Paint in Conformance with all Specifications
- Follow Bremtown’s Requirements to Select Finish Material
Requirements and Skills
- Familiar with Safely Handling Solvents and Chemicals
- Able to Blend Paint and Adjust Paint Guns and Systems
- Can Identify and Correct Paint Defects
- Ability to Work in Paint Booths with Proper PPE
- Ability to Work from Written and Verbal Instructions
- Strong Mechanical Aptitude
- Able to Communicate Well with Others
- Likes to Work with a Team
Experience and Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of and be able to use Spray Gun and Related Tools
- Experience in Finish is Highly Recommended
