Claims Processing : Assist clients with filing insurance claims, documenting information accurately, and coordinating with insurance carriers for timely resolution.
Policy Maintenance : Ensure client policies are up-to-date, accurate, and meet their insurance needs by reviewing coverage options and making recommendations as necessary.
Documentation : Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions, policy changes, and claim processing for reference and compliance purposes.
Communication : Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
