BrenMar Construction, Inc. is expanding our operations to meet the increased need from our customers, and currently have several openings for TIG Welders/Fabricator.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a entry level Construction Project Coordinator that plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This position involves coordinating resources, managing documentation, communicating with stakeholders, and assist with projects staying on schedule and within budget. The construction project coordinator is a subject matter expert for assigned construction projects and can step in and perform manual or skilled labor when/if needed in critical situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning and executing construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines; provide regular updates to the project team.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor labor time sheets for employees and contractors on project.
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
- Track and manage procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
- Schedule and attend site visits, inspections, and project meetings.
- Identify and resolve project issues or delays in collaboration with the project team.
- Support the close-out process, including labor time sheets, final inspections, and documentation handover.
- Ability to step in as labor team member and do manual labor when/if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent .
- 2 years experience working in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and project documentation
- Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, business management or a related field
- 2 years of experience in a construction coordination role
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification is preferred.
- OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications is a plus.
Working Conditions
- Combination of office and on-site work environments.
- Ability to perform labor focuses jobs lifting up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Frequent visits to construction sites.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
