About the Job
We are seeking a General/Site Manager to lead the operations for our simulation business unit in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will develop and implement plans and procedures to ensure that the unit meets its objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of a business unit
- Develop strategies and plans to meet organizational goals
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Monitor performance of unit and staff
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision making
- Develop budgets and financial plans

Requirements
- Able to motivate and lead the staff
- Several years of experience in a management role
