Job Summary: Brennan & Clark is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skip Tracer to join our team. As a Skip Tracer, you will be responsible for locating individuals who have skipped out on commercial financial obligations. In this role you will utilize various tools and databases, including public records, social media, and proprietary software to gather information. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our clients and Recovery Services team.
Pay: $19 to $21 per hour, depending on qualifications
Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 5pm Location: Villa Park (Onsite Role)
Responsibilities:
Develop analytics skills used to gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, such as court records and people location software.
Perform in depth people searches to locate debtors who have absconded or are difficult to find.
Make phone contact as needed to confirm data.
Update verified data in system of record.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve skip tracing processes.
Job Qualifications
Familiarity with research and web search tools and techniques
Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to successfully multi-task and manage concurrent situations.
Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
Works well independently and has strong project management and organization skills.
Must be computer literate with the ability to input and retrieve data from database systems. Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
High School Diploma Required
