Position : Customer Service Representative
Location : Pierce County, WA
Shift : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
Pay : $20 - $25 / hr (DOE)

Position Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative in our Electrical Division, you will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service within the HVAC and electrical services sectors. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your ability to build strong relationships and efficiently resolve issues will be essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide regular order status updates to customers and internal staff.
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone and electronic communication in a timely and accurate manner.
- Establish and maintain precise account details for customers.
- Process returns and warranty claims efficiently for our customers.
- Professionally de-escalate and resolve customer complaints.
- Answer incoming service calls promptly and in the order they are received.
- Return all voicemails within one (1) hour to ensure swift communication.
- Ensure all installation emails are dispatched before 4 : 30 PM.
- Contact customers to schedule service appointments for our HVAC technicians.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for follow-ups and assistance.
- Create service tickets and accurately schedule appointments.
- Review customer account information for accuracy and completeness.
- Interact with customers through phone, email, online chat, or in person, providing support and information about our HVAC and electrical services.
- Collect and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, escalating issues to the appropriate specialist when necessary.
- Take appropriate actions to resolve customer concerns and issues effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
