Position : Lead HVAC Service Technician
Location : Pierce County, WA
Compensation : $30 - $40 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, with overtime as needed

About the Role : As a Lead HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnosing residential HVAC systems. Your expertise will ensure our customers receive top-notch service and support for their heating and cooling needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance on a variety of residential HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, and ductwork.
- Educate customers on proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements to enhance their HVAC systems.
- Utilize an iPad to create customer invoices and maintain clear communication with the office.
- Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to uphold schedules and effectively communicate any delays to customers.
- Maintain an organized inventory of stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival, including make, model, serial number, fuel type, necessary test measurements, and relevant photographs.
