- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for domestic and international trips
- Assist with maintaining blocks of time for focused work and promote effective time management
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and guest coordination
- Provide exceptional communication on behalf of the CEO, both internally and externally
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with a commercial real estate/private equity firm required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to manage complex correspondence
