Position Overview
As a Landscape Team Member, you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial properties. You’ll work with a close-knit crew to keep landscapes looking their best year-round—including routine bed maintenance, drainage services, landscape and hardscape installation.
What You’ll Do
- Perform routine landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
- Care for plants, flowers, and shrubs through watering, pruning, and fertilizing.
- Assist with planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups.
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Trim and maintain trees to promote health and curb appeal.
- Support hardscape installations: patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more.
- Help with snow removal services during winter months.
- Keep job sites clean and organized and take pride in the final product.
- Communicate with team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping maintenance and plant care.
- Familiarity with operating mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small equipment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions.
- A team player who takes direction well but can also work independently.
- Experience with hardscape installation or tree care is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
