Position Summary
We are seeking an ambitious, hardworking individual who enjoys working outdoors and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty. As a Mowing Crew Team Member, you’ll work under the guidance of a team leader to perform routine mowing and maintenance services. Attention to detail, efficient time management, and mechanical aptitude are key for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform mowing and landscape maintenance tasks with close attention to detail.
- Operate a variety of landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and more.
- Safely drive and operate vehicles such as dump trucks and truck/trailer combos.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, including shovels, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Wear appropriate PPE and follow company safety protocols at all times.
- Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner; report any concerns or feedback to supervisors.
- (For team leader roles) Manage a team of two or more employees, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Assist with snow removal and other off-season services as needed.
- Support supervisors with job-related tasks and contribute to a team-oriented, positive culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and strong time management.
- Willingness to learn landscaping terminology, plant names, and construction techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- or construction is preferred but not required.
- A positive attitude and a desire to grow with a company that values craftsmanship and reliability.
- Driver's License required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Able to walk, stand, crouch, and carry out physical labor for extended periods.
- Must be comfortable on uneven terrain and around mechanical equipment.
