We are working with a Privately Held manufacturing company in the Consumer Goods industry and are looking for an expert in Manufacturing Finance. The CFO brings decades of experience in top global brands. The person will be their right-hand person not just in financial ops but also in critical business decisions that will greatly impact the success of the organization. There will be travel to the Far East for their manufacturing concerns. Please note the client is not looking for remote or hybrid professionals and are onsite 100% of the time. Experience
We are searching for someone who is an expert in manufacturing finance to include, cost accounting, FP&A and manufacturing finance.
- You must be literate and very hands on with financial modeling and analytics
- Have experience in cost accounting including, pricing, margins, inventory, E&O analysis, and related topics.
- Must be able to work with business leaders identifying areas of process improvement and solutions that function throughout the organization.
- Bring financial literacy to the executive leadership presenting solutions and true performance indicators relating to assisting leaders making complex decision easy.
- Work cross functionally with the organization to increase positive results.
- Create an environment of success and leadership by providing team availability for growth and development
