Your Role
Job Summary :
The Pricing Coordinator - BSP is responsible for providing cost and pricing support to the organization as well as managing the cost, price, and margin of assigned products. The Pricing Coordinator - BSP will ensure that all costs are captured and ensure that pricing is in line with the costs to allow for satisfactory profit margins.
Job Description :
- Maintains and updates cost sheets for assigned products and / or product lines.
- Calculates and sets prices based on price strategy developed by marketing teams.
- Maintains and manages vendor price supports and chargebacks.
- Maintains and creates batch formulas within ERP based on formulas provided by lab and marketing personnel.
- Enters products and product mixes.
- Enters associated costs.
- Calculates and sets pricing.
- Prints and distributes invoices.
- Responsible for minimum sales price management set by Industry Market Managers by Division.
- Single point of contact for handling price updates for Industry Market Managers and Commercial teams as well as maintaining price books set by Industry Market Managers. For price books, price increases / decreases as needed for BSP products and coordinating with the ROC(s) to validate update are completed.
- Reviews customer invoices to verify profitability and acts on errors.
