YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Responsibilities include the use of forklifts and warehouse equipment, driving tankers, box vans and maintaining accurate logs and records.
Description:
Loading and/or unloading of bulk, drummed, or bagged material
Operate a forklift
Follow all operating procedures, work instructions and is familiar with the quality system manual. Reports all non-conformances as they occur using proper forms
Attends and actively participates in all safety and quality meetings as required
Performs all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations
Completes all training as required in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program
Properly use materials such as labels, placards, stenciling and paint
Properly cares for and uses all equipment such as forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc.
Secure dual sign off before transferring any product from one vessel to another
Packaging, filing, labeling, and storage of drummed chemicals or chemical blends
Driving tanker/box trucks on day deliveries as needed
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties
Knowledge of DOT load securement regulations
Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required
Current Class A CDL and Medical Card and 3 years’ experience
Clean driving record
Employment is contingent upon completion of background investigation, E-Verify check, and pre-employment drug screening
