What are the responsibilities and job description for the Acid Operator position at Brenntag?
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Duties include loading and unloading trucks
- Filling drums & totes with chemicals
- Container preparation (labeling, stenciling, etc.)
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs
- Makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition
- Move raw materials to the production area and moves finished products to the warehouse
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties
Your Profile
Education and Experience:
- Chemical or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 pounds
- Job duties require the work to be performed outdoors for majority of the shift
- Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED
