Your Role & Responsibilities
Provides advanced level data analytics support for our leadership team by creating reports, analyzing, and forecasting data to identify organizational efficiencies.
Job Description
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
- Pull data and populate slides for various presentations
- Extract Qlik and Accounting Data as needed
- Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to understand business performance
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
- Interact with external clients as needed
- Co-ordinate project-based work
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Prepare and edit presentations, correspondence, communications and other documents
- Other duties as assigned by Management
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or data analytics
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with C-suite level stakeholders
- Team player, with high work ethic, eager to learn and contribute
- Works independently, self-motivated individual with attention to detail
- Problem solving ability focused on stakeholder satisfaction
- Strong ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment
- Proactive with good time management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, writing and presentation skills
- Travel and event planning experience is a plus
