YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
The candidate will support the Specialty business in the Americas region by reviewing the financials of all legal entities impacting the BSP business. This support will result in improved transparency, better monitoring, development of initiatives, and effective control. In addition, the candidate will support the Regional President BSP Latin America as a business partner.
Job Description:
- Monthly consolidation of Brenntag Specialties (BSP) Financial Data
- Analysis of Brenntag Specialties Americas consolidated financial reports.
- Engage the Brenntag Specialties Leadership team with proposals regarding expense control & management based on analytical work.
- Business Partner to Regional President BSP Latin America
- Lead Brenntag Specialties Americas Financial Data optimization projects.
- Assist/support the integration process related to M&A activities in the Americas region.

Be the focal point of contact regarding Brenntag Specialties Americas Controlling Financial information requests.
Lead the analysis and reporting of the Cost Center for all support functions - Assist in the creation of an annual financial and operating plan to accurately reflect current expectations of the business for all BSP support functions Cost Center
- Mines complex data sets from multiple systems to produce actionable analytical outputs.
- Performs ad-hoc analysis for the business as needed.
- Attend management and team meetings as needed, assist with action plans, and timely follow-up.
- Project work as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, Economy, Mathematics, or other quantitative field of study preferred.
- 7 years of working experience in finance/multi-countries environment
- Working experience in the chemicals industry is a plus.
- Qlik /OneStream experience is a plus but not required.
