Brenntag TA Team
- Work within and adhere to the safety practices established within the company.
- Meet or exceed production requirements based on information and/or equipment used in the course of work performance.
- Preventative maintenance of equipment used in the course of work performance.
- Maintain accurate record keeping within the department.
- Repackage product into proper containers.
- Container preparation. (Labeling, stenciling, placarding, etc.).
- Equipment maintenance.
- Product sampling and quality control in conjunction with Laboratory personnel.
- Maintain clean working environment.
- Loading/unloading or outbound/inbound tankers.
- Maintains assigned production area and assures that it is operated within operating procedures and/or process descriptions.
- Receive Initial and Annual Hazardous Waste Management Training.
- Ability to maintain a good safety and attendance record.
- Thorough understanding of the importance of customer service and the ability to work cooperatively with other departments and personnel in meeting customer needs.
- Knowledge of forklift operation, with certification.
- Skills associated with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of D. O. T. regulations.
- Good math, bookkeeping, and organization skills.
- Computer skills sufficient to efficiently perform the job requirements.
- Ability to understand and comply with all company policies and procedures pertinent to the Compressed Gas Department.
- Ability to understand and comply with the responsibilities of the job as outlined in the Job description.
- Ability to understand and carry out process descriptions applicable to the job.
- Willingness to accept overtime (both scheduled and impromptu), to be subject to and available for call-in, and to work other shifts as needed to meet customer needs.
