Responsibilities
- Disassembly of vehicle, develop repair plan for each vehicle.
- Reassemble vehicle after parts are painted, to industry standards.
- Follow work order
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to OEM specifications and company standards, including Alldata, I-CAR.
- Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window and seat operating equipment and trim to gain access to damaged areas of the vehicle as needed.
- Repair damaged body; hammer out or fill in dents to industry standards.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools
- File, grind and sand repaired surfaces before vehicle goes to paint.
- Aim headlights
- Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles
- Work with production schedule including deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2 years of collision repair experience
- Ability to properly complete light to medium repairs
- Above average quality focus
- High production capabilities
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to read and understand instructions, estimates and work orders.
Starting hourly wage range is $15.00 - $20.00 DOE
