- Serve as a medical or dental receptionist, greeting patients and managing their appointments.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that the office environment is tidy and conducive to productivity.
