JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: Manages all coordination of pool cabana personnel. Supervises safe, clean, and appealing club swimming facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Pool Attendants are always busy providing memorable experiences for our guests; whether they are organizing the pool deck furniture, providing clean towels, water refills, or running food and bartending, as well as keeping the bar stocked.
Sounds great! Now what would my day-to-day responsibilities be?
- Ensure the pool deck is swept and watered down and that all furniture is in the correct place when setting up in the morning
- Greet all guests upon arrival, distribute towels, offer assistance with seating, and delivering consistent guest service, exceeding guest expectations, and providing all other supporting services
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas including; stocking of supplies, cleaning menus, sanitizing tables, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of pool deck and facilities including straightening and stacking chairs, collecting soiled towels and trash, moving chairs, collecting towels, and tidying up cabanas
- Ensure all pool deck furniture is straight and organized
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned

- Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Aptitude to maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Maintain knowledge of all Cabana Club menu items and general club information
- Ensure general cleanliness of pool and bar area in accordance with all health and safety standards
· Perform other duties as prescribed by management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Good communication and people skills are required.

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
