The driver will be based in Leesville, LA and will transport patients to an from Brentwood Hospital in Shreveport, LA as needed.

Qualifications:
- Education Required: High school diploma or GED. Current Louisiana Driver's license with good driving record.
- Licensure and certification Required: CPR certification and hospital de-escalation certifications.
- Experience Required: Six months of driving and customer service experience. Preferred: One year experience as a mental health worker.
