Brentwood Hospital is looking for a dynamic Counselor / Social Worker (LCSW,LMSW, LPC) for the Uniform Services PHP Program! This therapist will provide group and individual therapy to military service-members and first responders.

The Counselor / Social Worker provides quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to the patient population and their families. The counselor also serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy and assures the delivery of quality treatment to all patients.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides individual and family process-oriented therapies as well as conducts educational and other didactic sessions for patients and family members using various professional treatment modalities.
- Documents patient history and identifies preliminary issues for treatment focus by interviewing the patient and their family members.

Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Master's Degree in social work, counseling or related field. Licensure by the LASWBE / LSBLPC required. Experience in inpatient or outpatient mental health setting preferred. Knowledge of acute adult psychological disorders; advanced principals of abnormal psychology as specifically applied to adults; familiarity with follow-up resource services available to adults; skills in conducting marital and family group therapy.
- Licensure: LCSW, LMSW, or LPC required
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
