- Support students by implementing behavior intervention strategies, such as social skills instruction, token economy, and prompting hierarchies.
- Collect and document behavioral data following established protocols.
- Assist students with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and grooming, to promote independence.
- Provide behavioral support across multiple school sites and in community settings.
- Train and model behavioral strategies for other staff members.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all district policies and student IEP goals.
- Certification: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s degree or college coursework in Applied Behavioral Analysis preferred.
Salary : $25 - $32
