Bresca is looking for a new addition to our Welcome team!
The Maître d’ position at Bresca is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the reservations and 'Welcome' department of the restaurant. This position is responsible for planning seatings in order to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. The Maître d’ must recognize VIP guests and critics and seek to increase the mailing list.
This position will also be responsible for assisting fellow team members in the planning and execution of 'magic moments' throughout the guest's experience. Candidates for this position should be well versed in service and comfortable moving throughout a busy dining room.
A background in the arts is preferred, but not required.
A Successful candidate for this position is eager to learn and always willing to share productive ideas!

Competencies & Qualifications:
- Years of service experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment
- Proficiency in OpenTable Preferred
- Pleasant demeanor
- Positive and clear written and oral communication skills
- Ability to engage guests successfully, build a relationship, and create a warm and welcoming environment
Salary : $25 - $28
