Job Summary
We’re seeking a dedicated, relationship-driven Sales Specialist who is passionate about people, understands the emotional impact of portraiture, and has the drive to meet and exceed daily sales goals. You’ll be the first voice clients hear—warm, confident, and passionate about their story.
Responsibilities
- Build authentic, trusting relationships with clients—both over the phone and in person
- Follow our proven sales system and script with sincerity and precision
- Communicate the powerful message that “you are important” in every interaction
- Guide clients to see the lasting value of investing in professional portraits
- Inspire confidence in clients by celebrating who they are
- Consistently meet and exceed daily booking and sales targets
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, high-performing team
- Review and critique your own performance for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and stay highly organized in a fast-paced environment
