The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the Litigation practice group with organization, research, and preparation of case materials.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the retrieval and review of medical records.
- Assisting in the preparation of depositions, motions, and trial binders.
- Communicating effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and organized files and databases.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal in a litigation setting.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of medical record review and document management systems.
