Brethren Village Retirement Community, in Lititz, PA, is seeking qualified RN Clinical Care Coordinators for our 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and our 20-bed Short Term Rehabilitation Center.
Newly-hired RN's are eligible for competitive pay rates and generous shift differentials ($3.00 extra per hour on the evening shift, $2.00 extra per hour on the night shift, plus $1.00 extra per hour on weekends); an overtime premium if working over 40 hours in a week.

The RN Clinical Care Coordinator works collaboratively with other RN's, LPN's, CNA's, the Directors of Nursing, and physicians to monitor and manage Residents' care needs; update Residents' plans of care; provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for assigned staff; and provide direct patient care when needed.
Brethren Village RN Care Coordinators have the opportunity to establish supportive relationships with our Residents; receive on-going clinical skills training; and receive mentoring and guidance from the Director of Nursing and other clinical leaders. These are great professional development opportunities for qualified RN's.
Current Available Work Schedules
- Full-time, benefits-eligible, 37.5 to 40 hours per week : Monday through Friday, 10 : 45 p.m. - 7 : 00 a.m., or weekdays plus every other weekend
- Part-time : various part-time schedules are typically available
