Dyche - State Farm Agency, located in Ottawa, IL, is currently looking for a talented, caring, professional to join our team as a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative. As our Customer Service Representative, youll work to inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall State Farm Insurance customer experience.
This is an in-office position working 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Please only apply if you can make the commute to our agency located at : 1104 Columbus Street, Ottawa, IL 61350.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and focus on client retention. You will receive :
