**About the Role**
The Territory Sales Leader is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with distributor partners and customers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of medical devices, particularly anesthesia, respiratory, and urology products.
- Responsible for all sales functions for a designated territory, including generating and protecting sales revenue across multiple product lines.
- No less than three hospital calls a day, five days a week with most meetings the result of setting appointments, augmented with cold calls.
- Train distributor partners and customers on product function.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, biology, chemistry).
- Minimum 3 years of successful medical device sales experience.
- History of exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
