Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Understand and assist in the operations process, supporting all administrative aspects from receipt of orders to delivery of products.
- Acknowledge, enter, and process customer purchase orders.
- File freight (lost or damaged) claims with the appropriate shipping carriers.
- Execute requests within inventory management systems.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Daily customer invoicing of orders shipped.
- Assist with Accounts Payable by entering vendor invoices.
- Respond to customer and sales team inquiries via phone, email, and Internet, directing them to the appropriate contact as necessary.
- Daily / weekly / monthly reporting regarding inventory and sales, and other requested reports.
- Fulfill general administrative duties including but not limited to copying, filing, and maintaining records.
- Ad hoc responsibilities as designated by your supervisor to support the growth and performance of the company.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, and process credit memos, and product returns.
- Process bank deposits.
