Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Analyze discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues effectively.
• Support site-specific accounting functions as needed, including data entry and financial record maintenance.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to address and resolve accounting inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Excel and other financial software.
• Travel to company sites on a scheduled or as-needed basis to perform duties.
• Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proven accounting experience, including account reconciliation.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel to various company sites as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Experience working in a multi-site or field-based role.
