Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues effectively.
- Support site-specific accounting functions as needed, including data entry and financial record maintenance.
- Collaborate with on-site teams to address and resolve accounting inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports using Excel and other financial software.
- Travel to company sites on a scheduled or as-needed basis to perform duties.
- Assist with other financial and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven accounting experience, including account reconciliation.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Availability to travel to various company sites as required.
