Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and inspect work quality to ensure conformance to standards.
- Investigate complaints and take corrective action to prevent future issues.
- Maintain the quality inspection program and prioritize staffing based on arrival and departure schedules.
- Recommend promotions, transfers, and dismissals of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure established procedures are followed and order supplies efficiently.
- Conduct in-service training and safety meetings with staff.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and communicate effectively with owners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
