Key Responsibilities:
- Housekeeping: Prepare units for guests by making beds, loading dishwashers, and removing trash and soiled linens.
- Quality Control: Identify and report damaged or broken furnishings and fixtures to supervisors and maintenance teams.
- Training and Development: Instruct trainees on effective housekeeping and inspection techniques, and identify areas for improvement in both housekeepers and quality attendants.
- Customer Service: Serve as a representative of Brett/Robinson, displaying courtesy and discretion in all interactions with employees, owners, guests, and community members.
Requirements:
- Education: High School diploma required.
- Skills: Effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and physical abilities including lifting 40 pounds regularly.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation required.
- Physical Demands: Exposure to inclement weather, heat, humidity, and cleaning products; ability to work flexible hours and maintain regular attendance.
Working Conditions:
- Uniform apparel is required, with clothes fitting properly and being washed and pressed.
