We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to join our team as an Insurance Account Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, establishing strong relationships with clients, and supporting insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business.
Requirements
- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales experience preferred, with the ability to obtain Property and Casualty License and Life/Health License.
- Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
