Banquet Server

Essential Functions:
- Responsible for timely and efficient service of food and beverage during events such as private parties, weddings, family celebrations, golf outings and retreats.
- Set up for events by putting out tables, chairs, and place settings, arranging room and setting up buffets.
- Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
- Table service including keeping glasses filled, removing each round of plates and replenishing utensils.
- Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.
- Ability to work as part of a team from kitchen to dining room.
- Anticipate member and guest needs, remaining a step ahead with continuous service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform; you are a representative of Bretton Woods.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and command of English language.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and the sequence of service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced situations.
- Ability to carry trays with fragile materials as well as do heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work a variable schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to the club.
